RAUD is a gated 55+ active adult community of 105 single-family homes in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, PA. We are a close-knit community of friends and neighbors. Our spectacular amenities include a 6,200-square-foot clubhouse, outdoor swimming pool, bocce court and walking/biking path.
